DESCRIPTION:Cuxton residents can join thousands in formally marking the 80th Anniversary of the landings on the five beaches in Normandy\, France\, which took place on 6th June 1944.  Our community will commemorate this occasion with a beacon lighting ceremony on the evening of 6th June 2024.  More details will follow as soon as we know.

DESCRIPTION:The Cuxton Open Garden Event will have several lovely gardens open for you to see and they will be open to visitors between 11am and 5pm.  There will be refreshments on sale in some gardens. \nAdmission will be £5 per person for entry to all the gardens.  No dogs apart from assistance dogs. Tickets will be on sale at the Big Lunch and at the entrance to the recreation ground on the day. \nAll profits will be going to SHELTER and the event is being sponsored by Cuxton Community Church and Cuxton Parish Council.

SUMMARY:Joint Service with The Philadelphia Worship and Praise Band
DESCRIPTION:St. Michaels Church\, St. John’s Church\, Halling and Cuxton Community Church are having a joint service as we host The Philadelphia Worship and Praise Band from the USA.  We are hoping to have this outside (weather permitting) and to enjoy some Gospel music from this talented group of musicians.  This will be an afternoon Service starting at 3pm at 45 Bush Road. \nEveryone is welcome\, young and old. \nWe will be serving refreshments.
